Our Story
Kiwi's Pub & Grill is owned by Rick Culmer & was founded by he & the late Mike Hood. They hail from New Zealand and have been all over the world. During their travels, the friends decided that they wanted to own a pub. In 1993, Mike and Rick borrowed the down payment for a small pub that was located near Winter Park in Florida. They called it "Kiwi's Pub" and started to enjoy living their dream. Then in 1994, Mike and Rick moved their pub to their present location in Altamonte Springs, FL. They added a full kitchen to the pub and then adopted the name "Kiwi's Pub & Grill". Kiwi's has grown to become one of the most popular local restaurants and sports bars around!
